We're a small local team building garden gyms, studios and offices. Here's the difference: we don't sell you the materials. We tell you exactly what to order and where, you buy it at the price we'd pay, and you pay us for the building work. That's it.

You order the materials in your own name, we tell you when to have them delivered, and we get on with it. Tidy site, no surprises.
Most garden room companies buy the materials, add their margin, and hand you one big number with no breakdown. We'd rather you saw everything. You keep the receipts, the warranties are in your name, and if you find a better supplier than the one we've suggested, the saving is yours to keep. We only ever charge for the work we actually do.
It also means we can be honest when something isn't worth it. If a cheaper door will do the same job in your garden, we'll say so — we're not making anything either way.
Flat roof, deep overhang, warm inside all year. Timber or fibre cement cladding, bifolds or sliders — it's your garden, so it's your call.
